Ad Astra Consultants Pvt Ltd is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer for a prestigious and well-established Engine & Genset manufacturing company (OEM) in Dubai. The selected candidate will focus on sales, market development, and distributor management for power products, engines, gensets, and generators across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze market trends and identify sales potential in the region.
– Identify, evaluate, and appoint distributors to strengthen and expand the network.
– Onboard new distributors/dealers to meet MoU requirements in branding, infrastructure, workforce, and training.
– Systematically plan, implement, and monitor market development activities to achieve targeted sales volumes.
– Explore and recommend new business opportunities through products and applications.
– Leverage institutional sales to increase volumes.
– Provide periodic updates on industry trends, competitor sales, and market programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
– 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in power product sales.
– Expertise in engines, gensets, generators, and power solutions.
– Strong market analysis, business development, and distributor management skills.
– Ability to work closely with the Regional Business Manager for the MENA region.
