Job Description:

Dextra Group is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales in the building materials sector by identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, and providing technical solutions. The Senior Sales Engineer will focus on building and maintaining relationships with consultants and contractors, preparing sales quotations, and ensuring that targets are met while contributing to the company’s success and growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify projects with sales potential and update the project list monthly.

  • Conduct sales presentations to consultants and contractors, gathering client needs and proposing Dextra products and solutions.

  • Prepare sales quotations aligned with the company’s pricing policies and project environment.

  • Organize follow-up visits and provide weekly written reports on sales activities, project statuses, and achievements.

  • Participate in internal sales meetings to discuss strategies, tactics, and upcoming actions.

  • Promote Dextra products and services at technical seminars, exhibitions, and industry events.

  • Update monthly sales forecasts to ensure adequate inventories and review with the Line Manager.

  • Provide market insights on competition, projects, and pricing gathered during sales meetings.

  • Assist in determining sales objectives and budgets, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring prompt and reliable service.

  • Contribute to promoting Dextra’s reputation and quality within the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the building materials sector.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

  • Customer-focused, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt and remain focused on goals while working in a team-oriented environment.

  • Results-driven and proactive.
