About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant with strong experience in the tiles industry and an established UAE construction and fit-out client network.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building long-term relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, and developers across the UAE.

This role is suited for a proactive, independent sales professional with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the UAE construction and fit-out sector

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

• Expand market penetration across residential, commercial, and industrial projects

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers

• Conduct product presentations and site visits

• Provide tailored solutions based on client project requirements

Market & Industry Engagement

• Leverage existing UAE construction and fit-out client network

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends

• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in the tiles industry (mandatory)

• Strong UAE construction and fit-out client network

• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

• UAE driving license is an added advantage

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently

Compensation

AED 4,000 – 8,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
