Role Overview:

We are seeking an elegant, confident, and highly knowledgeable Senior Sales Associate with a passion for luxury fashion—particularly Hermès. You will be a key face of our boutique, responsible for delivering personalized service to high-net-worth clients, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards of style and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional, high-touch client experience from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP and loyal customers.

• Advise clients on exclusive items such as Hermès Birkin and Kelly bags, exotic leathers, and limited-edition releases.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure meticulous product handling.

• Collaborate with sourcing and authentication teams to ensure product integrity.

• Consistently meet or exceed personal and store sales targets.

• Style clients with taste and sophistication while reflecting the brand’s luxury identity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, resale, or high-end fashion.

• In-depth knowledge of Hermès and other ultra-luxury fashion houses.

• Sophisticated, polished, and client-focused personality.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• Natural sense of style and strong presentation skills.
