Job Title: Senior Resident Project Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Resident Project Engineer – Civil to manage and oversee on-site construction activities for large-scale civil projects in the UAE. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all project elements are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will serve as the key liaison between the client, contractors, consultants, and the internal project team, ensuring seamless communication and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring full compliance with technical specifications, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.

• Analyze and interpret project drawings, design plans, and contractual documentation.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics teams for timely material deliveries and uninterrupted work progress.

• Conduct routine site inspections, enforce quality control, and resolve technical issues efficiently to prevent project delays.

• Prepare comprehensive progress reports, maintain site diaries, and ensure proper documentation of all project milestones.

• Monitor and enforce health and safety standards across the site.

• Review and manage work programs, method statements, and inspection/testing plans.

• Communicate regularly with consultants, project management teams, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.

• Oversee budget management, cost control, and optimal resource allocation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in civil construction project management.

• Location: Must reside in the United Arab Emirates.

• Gender: Male

• Age: Between 30 to 50 years

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
