Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Senior Relationship Officers to drive SME banking and finance business across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SME lending, business banking products, and client relationship management, along with a solid business network within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell SME business loans, credit facilities, trade finance, and business banking products.

• Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with SME clients across various industries.

• Utilize an existing professional network to generate high-quality leads and business opportunities.

• Collaborate with partner banks and financial institutions to process and close deals.

• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

• Maintain strong post-sales relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

• Provide clients with relevant financial solutions tailored to their business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in SME Finance, Business Banking, Commercial Lending, or related financial sales roles.

• Strong and active business network in the UAE (mandatory).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach.

• Valid UAE Driver’s License is mandatory.
