Position Summary:
The Senior Relationship Officer in the Injaz – Retail Banking Group is responsible for driving sales, achieving individual and team targets, and delivering superior customer service. This role focuses on telesales, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring efficient execution of campaigns while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets, both individually and as part of the team.

Execute telesales activities aimed at meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

Develop and implement telesales strategies and set challenging sales targets.

Monitor, evaluate, and measure performance to ensure top productivity and efficiency.

Drive cross-selling efforts across relevant banking products.

Maintain high standards of service quality and compliance.

Collaborate with team members and management to optimize customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Proven experience in retail banking, telesales, or customer relationship management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
