About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior Relationship Manager for one of the UAE’s top-tier banks to join their Commercial Banking division. This role is ideal for a high-performing banking professional with deep experience in relationship management, portfolio growth, and providing tailored financial solutions across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new commercial banking clients and expand the bank’s footprint across industries

• Manage, retain, and grow an existing portfolio of commercial and SME clients

• Conduct in-depth financial and credit analysis to identify opportunities for cross-selling

• Develop and implement strategic banking solutions based on client needs

• Ensure compliance with internal risk, credit, and regulatory guidelines

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Commercial or SME Banking within the UAE

• Proven success in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation

• Strong knowledge of financial statements, credit evaluation, and regulatory frameworks

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

• Deep understanding of the UAE banking market and client landscape

• Industry Exposure: UAE market
