About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior Relationship Manager for one of the UAE’s top-tier banks to join their Commercial Banking division. This role is ideal for a high-performing banking professional with deep experience in relationship management, portfolio growth, and providing tailored financial solutions across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new commercial banking clients and expand the bank’s footprint across industries

Manage, retain, and grow an existing portfolio of commercial and SME clients

Conduct in-depth financial and credit analysis to identify opportunities for cross-selling

Develop and implement strategic banking solutions based on client needs

Ensure compliance with internal risk, credit, and regulatory guidelines

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Commercial or SME Banking within the UAE

Proven success in client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation

Strong knowledge of financial statements, credit evaluation, and regulatory frameworks

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

Deep understanding of the UAE banking market and client landscape
