Job Title: Senior Relationship Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Relationship Manager – Real Estate to lead sales efforts for a renowned Dubai-based developer specializing in premium high-rise and residential projects. This role is ideal for a passionate sales professional with a background in aviation, luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or real estate.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute robust sales strategies that align with company goals and ensure consistent revenue growth.

Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet or exceed targets, fostering a performance-driven culture.

Manage the sales budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, stakeholders, and key partners.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to design innovative sales initiatives.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.

Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior leadership team, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1+ years of proven experience in real estate, aviation, high-end hospitality, or luxury retail.

Prior experience in off-plan or developer sales is highly desirable.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

A confident, persuasive, and customer-focused mindset with a passion for relationship building.

Must be 40 years old or below and currently residing in the UAE.
