A leading global professional services firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Reporting Executive to join its dynamic regulatory services team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to manage and lead regulatory reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions including ADGM, DIFC, BVI, and Cayman, supporting both Dubai and Cayman offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage annual accounts filings for ADGM and BVI entities.

• Oversee AEOI (FATCA & CRS) self-certifications for DIFC and ADGM clients.

• Prepare and deliver Economic Substance Reporting (ESR) for a designated client portfolio.

• Assist with CIMA Financial Accounts Returns (FAR) filings via the REEFs portal.

• Support the preparation of Books of Account (BOA) for selected clients.

• Liaise with Cayman colleagues on corporate governance and ESR filings.

• Coordinate communication with clients, internal teams, and regulatory authorities across jurisdictions.

• Contribute to internal training, documentation, and process enhancements.

• Monitor project progress, assist with invoicing, and escalate issues appropriately.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field.

• Professional qualification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in regulatory reporting or corporate services.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in ADGM, DIFC, BVI, and Cayman.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

• Client-focused with high attention to detail and confidentiality.

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ViewPoint software highly desirable.

• Flexibility to work outside standard hours occasionally.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 18,000 to 22,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Discretionary annual bonus scheme

• Hybrid work model: 2 days per week remote
