The company is seeking a Senior Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to support cosmetics registration, compliance tracking, and regulatory communication across the Middle East, India, and Africa. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in regulatory affairs and cosmetics regulations in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and liaise with authorities regarding cosmetics regulations and registrations.
• Monitor cosmetic legislation updates, conduct risk assessments, and communicate action plans.
• Ensure product compliance (formula, labeling, and claims) with local regulations.
• Develop strategies for regulatory submissions to local authorities.
• Maintain a detailed tracker of registration status and validity.
• Provide recommendations and solutions within the regulatory framework.
• Support local and headquarters teams on regulatory and registration-related tasks.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs/Cosmetics regulations in the Middle East.
• Academic degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical, or Biochemical industries.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
