Tangelo Group is seeking a Senior Regional Manager – Client Operations Lead to take charge of field marketing operations for a major healthcare client across the GCC. Based in Dubai, this is a full-time, on-site leadership role with a strong focus on medical field operations, client engagement, and brand execution.

With over 15 years of experience, Tangelo Group is a trusted strategic partner for top global and regional brands in field marketing, event management, and advisory services. This role offers high visibility, autonomy, and the chance to directly impact healthcare marketing initiatives in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Field Operations Management:

  • Lead and coordinate medical detailing activities across GCC territories.

  • Assign territories, deploy samples and POS materials, plan schedules, and ensure scientific alignment in messaging.

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the operational focal point for a key healthcare client.

  • Convert briefs into executable plans, ensure consistent updates, and nurture strong professional relationships.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Consolidate and analyze weekly/monthly field reports and KPIs.

  • Track competitor activity and produce data-backed operational insights.

• Team Development & Leadership:

  • Onboard and train new field reps; conduct coaching visits.

  • Monitor field performance and recommend improvements.

• Event Execution:

  • Support and manage marketing events, product sampling, and brand activations.

  • Oversee logistics, staff coordination, and on-site delivery.

• Regional Expansion Opportunities:

  • Collaborate on future client accounts and contribute to wider event and field marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory)

• Experience in medical field marketing, healthcare operations, or event management

• Strong organizational, analytical, and client-facing skills

• Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel across the GCC

• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a team-first attitude
