Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Regional Architect to ensure brand integrity and a high-quality customer experience across all points of sale. This role involves managing the store design process from concept to completion for both boutique and wholesale projects, interfacing with HQ teams, local management, and external vendors. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Design:

Lead Flagship and “A” projects in collaboration with HQ; produce local B and C projects according to merchandising guidelines.

Coordinate with merchandising teams to design layouts that align with brand standards, local requirements, and customer interaction analysis.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and VM teams to ensure cohesive, functional store designs.
Bidding & Project Management:

Prepare project plans, technical specifications, and designs for costing and timelines.

Negotiate quotations, contracts, and ensure compliance with brand image, budget, and deadlines.

Track project schedules, budgets, and ROIC improvements while managing financial approvals.
Manufacturing & Installation:

Work with local suppliers to ensure accurate application of designs and high-quality production.

Review and approve architectural plans, construction documents, and prototypes.

Supervise on-site installations and ensure projects meet brand standards and timelines.
Follow-Up & Quality Assurance:

Conduct post-installation visits to ensure proper merchandising display and adherence to VM guidelines.

Provide feedback to suppliers and monitor modifications impacting brand standards.
Requirements / Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture with a retail design background, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics industry.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of furniture, materials, and general contracting for boutique construction.

Design and quality-oriented with excellent attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
