You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse professional roles while building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage talent using LinkedIn, Gulf Talent, and proprietary sourcing platforms.

Conduct comprehensive industry and market mapping to support client hiring strategies.

Represent client brands effectively in the marketplace, applying tailored recruitment methods.

Present qualified candidate shortlists with clear rationale and supporting data.

Monitor industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring patterns to inform strategy.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive recruitment projects to closure.

Prepare client reports and provide regular updates on search progress and candidate engagement.

Manage business development efforts, including cold calling, lead follow-up, and relationship-building.

Contribute to proposal development and client retention strategies.
Requirements:

Proven recruitment experience, ideally in professional services or specialized sectors.
