Antal International is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their Dubai office. This 360-degree recruitment role involves both new business development and recruitment delivery. The role is focused on achieving set monthly targets, maintaining a strong pipeline of job orders, and building relationships with clients in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads using CRM systems, social media, job boards, referrals, and market intelligence.

Convert qualified leads into clients through proactive communication and presenting suitable candidates.

Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure a steady stream of recruitment opportunities.

Build rapport with key decision-makers to secure ongoing business.

Search and screen candidates, ensuring they meet at least 95% of the client’s requirements.

Manage the interview process and guide clients to interview the shortlisted candidates.

Meet monthly and quarterly placement and revenue targets.
Qualifications:

Proven success in sales and/or recruitment.

Strong business development skills with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.
