Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing recruitment for tech roles across multiple specializations

• Developing and maintaining client relationships

• Sourcing, attracting, and placing tech talent within client networks

• Offering market insights and strategic advice to clients and candidates

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement
  Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of agency recruitment experience in the Tech space in the UAE

• Proven track record in billing and achieving recruitment targets

• Strong client network with the ability to place candidates effectively

• Driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow both desk and earnings

• Experience working for a recruitment agency is essential
