Job Title: Senior Real Estate Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, property operations, and investment opportunities. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for negotiating lease and rental contracts, supervising property maintenance, conducting market research for new business ventures, and managing procurement and staffing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and project management, outstanding negotiation abilities, and deep financial and legal acumen. You will be instrumental in optimizing property performance, enhancing investment returns, and maintaining strong tenant and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate leasing and rental agreements aligned with market conditions and company goals.

  • Oversee property maintenance, vendor procurement, and commissioning of building services.

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify profitable real estate investments and business opportunities.

  • Purchase supplies and manage contractor relationships for optimal property upkeep.

  • Supervise a team of groundskeepers, technicians, and administrative staff.

  • Ensure compliance with all local property laws, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

  • Manage payments, rental pricing, and contractual obligations effectively.

  • Maintain regular communication with property owners and investors, delivering transparent updates and insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Project Management.

  • 10+ years of experience in real estate management, project oversight, or related roles.

  • Proven expertise in property sales, leasing, acquisitions, and development.

  • Strong contract negotiation, vendor management, and financial analysis skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of property law, taxation, and financial reporting.

  • Bilingual in English and Arabic (mandatory).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience: 5–10 years

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree / Higher diploma

  • Career Level: Management
