Job Description

As a Senior Real Estate Consultant, you will:

• Represent leading developers at property launches, exhibitions, and client meetings

• Build strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers

• Secure exclusive listings and conduct property viewings

• Lead negotiations, manage client pipelines, and close deals independently

• Guide clients through the entire buying/renting process with confidence and transparency

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or lettings in Dubai or other competitive markets

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin is a plus)

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Must be self-driven, results-oriented, and resilient
