KMM Properties is seeking a Senior Property Consultant with a passion for real estate and strong knowledge of the Dubai market. The role focuses on off-plan and secondary property sales, building relationships with developers and investors, and driving high-performance sales results in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and investors.

Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, launches, and pricing movements.

Track KPIs, manage sales pipelines, and report performance to the sales manager.

Use CRM tools (Pixxi, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage leads and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (off-plan and secondary sales).

Strong network with developers, brokers, and investors.
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-
CRM proficiency (Pixxi, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
-
Real Estate Broker License (if applicable).
-
Languages: Arabic, English, Russian, French, Farsi.

Must have a car.
