Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Property Consultant to join our expanding real estate sales team in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with proven success in Dubai’s real estate market who are ready to thrive in a high-performance environment supported by strong marketing investment, premium property listings, and a steady flow of qualified leads.
The successful candidate will manage the full property sales cycle, from client acquisition and consultation to negotiations and closing deals. You will work with residential buyers, investors, and developers while delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales transactions for residential and investment properties across Dubai, including off-plan and secondary market properties.

Generate and manage qualified leads through company marketing channels, referrals, networking, and proactive business development.

Conduct client consultations to understand buyer or investor requirements and recommend suitable property opportunities.

Arrange and conduct property viewings, project presentations, and investment consultations.

Negotiate offers and successfully close property deals while maintaining professional client service standards.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, investors, buyers, and returning clients.

Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new property launches.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using the company CRM system.

Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and professional real estate sales expert with prior Dubai market experience.
Ideal candidate profile:

Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary property sales

Ability to manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
Additional qualifications:

RERA certification (preferred)

UAE driving license (preferred)

Fluency in English (required)

Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or European languages are a strong advantage

Only candidates with previous Dubai real estate sales experience will be considered.
