Novel Insight Property (NIP Realty) is seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our growing real estate advisory team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a seasoned real estate professional with strong market knowledge, proven sales performance, and the ability to manage high-value client relationships across residential and investment properties.

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through buying, selling, and leasing transactions while delivering a seamless, professional, and results-driven experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with prospective clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting residential and investment properties in Dubai

• Present properties to buyers and tenants, highlighting features, pricing, and investment potential

• Provide accurate market insights, pricing guidance, and ROI analysis based on current market conditions

• Negotiate offers and close transactions in line with company policies and legal requirements

• Coordinate with administrative teams to prepare contracts, Forms (A, B, F), MOUs, and tenancy agreements

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings on CRM systems and real estate portals

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and after-sales service

• Stay informed on Dubai real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and market trends

• Coordinate with developers, banks, mortgage advisors, and legal consultants to support transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or property consultant (6–9 years preferred)

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, laws, and RERA regulations

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and major property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset

• RERA certification is a strong advantage

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred

• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, Chinese, or Hindi are a plus

• Must be currently based in Dubai
