Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai.

• Convert daily inbound qualified leads into closed deals.

• Conduct property tours, client meetings, and site visits.

• Advise clients on pricing, investment opportunities, and market trends.

• Build new client relationships through networking, referrals, and outreach.

• Negotiate transactions and finalize property deals professionally.

• Stay updated on developer launches, legal regulations, and market shifts.

• Maintain accurate client data using CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary).

• Fluent in English or Arabic (other languages are an advantage).

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Presentable, confident, and persuasive personality.

• Familiarity with property portals and CRM systems.

• Based in the UAE, available full-time, and willing to work on-site in Dubai.

• UAE driving license is a plus.
