Job Title: Senior Project Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Specialist to lead and support key initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, driving revenue growth, and integrating AI-powered solutions into business operations. This role requires strong collaboration with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Client Experience, to optimize workflows, resolve escalations, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic projects designed to improve business operations and drive growth by implementing AI-driven solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, and Operations to streamline workflows and solve issues efficiently.

• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and data insights to guide decision-making and create impactful presentations for leadership.

• Oversee project management activities, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality deliverables are produced.

• Mentor junior team members and assist the Assistant Manager in daily project coordination.

Qualifications:

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, aged 35 and below.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, business operations, or strategy.

• Familiarity with AI solutions, data analytics, and process automation is a strong advantage.
