Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven Senior Project Sales Executive to lead high-value project sales for a premium outdoor furniture and lifestyle brand in Dubai. This is a field-based role designed for a seasoned sales professional who excels at building trust, managing complex sales cycles, and closing large-scale commercial projects.
You will be the primary point of contact for hotels, luxury villas, restaurants, and major commercial developments, working closely with interior designers, consultants, contractors, and developers to convert design visions into completed projects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead High-Value Project Sales
Take full ownership of securing large-scale project contracts across hospitality, residential, and commercial developments. -
Brand Representation
Act as a trusted brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism, warmth, and confidence in client meetings, site visits, and presentations. -
Relationship & Network Development
Build and maintain strong working relationships with interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Arabic-speaking ability is a strong advantage for relationship building. -
Pipeline & Forecast Management
Develop and actively manage a robust project pipeline (hot / warm / cold), ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent follow-up. -
Target Achievement
Consistently meet and exceed project sales targets through persistence, strategic planning, and relationship-led selling. -
Market Presence
Attend industry events, project meetings, and site visits to strengthen brand visibility and uncover new opportunities.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
Within the first 6–12 months, the successful candidate is expected to:

Establish a strong and active network of designers, consultants, contractors, and developers

Generate and manage a healthy, sustainable project sales pipeline

Secure major project contracts (hotels, villas, restaurants, and commercial projects)

Meet or exceed agreed project sales targets consistently

Maintain professional follow-up, accurate reporting, and forecasting

Represent the brand to the highest standards at all touchpoints
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in project-based B2B sales, preferably within outdoor furniture, interiors, construction materials, or related sectors

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills

Highly driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role

Persistent, confident, and client-focused approach to closing high-value deals

Arabic language skills are a strong plus, but not mandatory
