About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager – Digital who will manage full-lifecycle digital transformation projects using agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing Sitecore or Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple digital projects from inception to completion using Agile methodologies

• Define project scope, timeline, objectives, and effort estimation

• Develop and maintain project plans, strategies, and risk mitigation plans

• Monitor budget, timelines, and project deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

• Manage change requests and maintain project scope

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful execution

• Ensure project documentation, quality assurance, and testing standards are upheld

• Work with stakeholders to gather business goals and translate them into system requirements

• Mentor team members and foster a solution-driven project culture

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of digital project management experience with client-facing roles

• At least 2 years of experience in a digital agency or consultancy; 5+ years preferred

• Prior experience with end-to-end website projects including UX, creative design, development, QA, and launch

• Hands-on experience with Sitecore or Salesforce project management

• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence

• SCRUM certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hiring

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required
