Wood is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for large-scale EPCM projects within the oil and gas sector. This role involves overseeing the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in project management, particularly in EPC and EPCM projects, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale EPCm projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation

• Oversee EPCm operations, aligning with corporate strategies and objectives

• Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize delivery

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

• Promote continuous improvement within the EPCm framework

• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance

• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management

• Handle risk management and develop mitigation strategies

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure project alignment

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Project Management, Engineering, etc.)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred

• Minimum 20 years of project management experience, with 10 years in leadership roles on large-scale EPC and EPCM projects

• Expert-level ability to lead and build technical teams

• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills

• Proven track record in oil and gas sector projects

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
