GBM is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join their Abu Dhabi office. This role involves overseeing and leading multiple complex ICT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills and be capable of handling pressure and dynamic project scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and execute ICT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects

• Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders for successful project delivery

• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies

• Maintain thorough documentation and deliver regular progress reports

• Serve as the main communication channel between stakeholders and project teams

• Ensure quality and compliance with organizational standards and client expectations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex ICT projects

• PMP certification or equivalent is mandatory

• Hands-on experience in Data Centers, Networking, AV, Physical Security, Storage, Servers, and Cybersecurity projects

• Exposure to OT (Operational Technology) projects is a plus

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C-level presentations

• Strong organizational, stress management, and multitasking abilities
