• Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its PMC team to lead and manage multiple building projects. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from design to construction and defects liability period, while managing consultants, contractors, and project managers. You will report to the Project Director and ensure successful project delivery while resolving issues related to cost, time, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers while reporting to the Project Director.

• Manage the delivery of projects and address any issues that impact cost, time, and quality.

• Supervise and collaborate with stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and utilities providers.

• Review technical, commercial, and planning contractor submittals and provide approval/endorsement.

• Offer solutions to project issues to maintain timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 20 years in managing mixed-use buildings, commercial, and residential projects.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.

• Skills: Proficiency in Project Management principles. Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with knowledge of Arabic being a plus.

• Desired Skills: Proactive problem-solving, excellent writing and presentation skills.
