Parsons is seeking a talented Senior Project Manager (Luxury Projects) to oversee multiple large-scale projects in Dubai, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget. The role involves managing Project Managers, overseeing project execution, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for scope development, cost control, client relations, and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction and management for Project Managers across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project goals.

• Set goals for projects in alignment with corporate strategy.

• Oversee the creation of Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, and Quality Assurance documents.

• Act as the company representative with clients and subcontractors.

• Collaborate with Business Development to secure additional work.

• Monitor and report project progress, resolving potential delays or cost overruns.

• Promote technical and commercial excellence through quality assurance processes.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.

• Minimum of 20 years’ experience in construction and design management, with a focus on luxury hospitality projects.

• Strong knowledge of program management, engineering principles, and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication skills and advanced leadership capabilities.

• Ability to manage complex projects and resolve issues.
