Hogarth, part of WPP, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end localization of Channel marketing materials for CEMEA. The role involves building strong client relationships, coordinating internal teams, managing project documentation, and ensuring that brand guidelines are adhered to in the production of marketing assets. You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality project execution and communication between the client and the agency.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships to understand their Channel partner structure and ensure effective asset localization and production.

Project Leadership: Manage localization of Channel marketing materials, from briefing to delivery, working closely with internal teams like Traffic, Content, Interactive, and Print Production.

Client Service & Documentation: Own client service tasks, including creating agendas, timing plans, contact reports, and cost estimates.

Approval & Budget Management: Oversee the approval of quarterly budgets and flag any budget changes to clients and line managers.

Quality Control: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring brand guidelines, QC checklists, and production procedures are followed.

Collaboration: Communicate project briefs clearly to internal teams and ensure the correct creative direction is maintained.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving processes and align with client expectations to implement efficient workflows.
Skills & Qualifications:

Required:
-
Degree or diploma with at least 8 years of agency or localization experience in global retail and/or shopper accounts.

Strong knowledge of print, color retouching, and digital artwork production.

Experience in financial management and understanding its importance in project delivery.

Excellent Excel, Keynote, and Numbers skills, with experience managing complex spreadsheets.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Arabic is preferred but not required.

Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight time constraints.

Must be willing to travel as required.
