Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, large-scale government digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of major government transformation initiatives.

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and delivery teams, ensuring project alignment with client expectations.

Manage project scope and change control to prevent scope creep and budget overruns.
🔹 Governance & Reporting:

Establish governance frameworks in line with client and organizational standards.

Prepare weekly dashboards, reports, and risk registers for internal and external stakeholders.
🔹 Risk & Issue Management:

Identify and mitigate risks related to timelines, budgets, and resources.

Monitor project health and implement corrective actions proactively.
🔹 Resource & Financial Oversight:

Collaborate with resource managers to optimize workforce allocation.

Manage budgets, invoicing, and financial forecasting to ensure project profitability.

Strategize for cost-effective resource utilization.
🔹 Stakeholder & Change Management:

Handle change requests efficiently, ensuring they support project goals.

Build strong partnerships with senior government stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.
🔹 Operational & Strategic Excellence:

Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with 5+ years in senior delivery roles.
✅ Proven track record of delivering government digital transformation projects.
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
✅ Proficient in Agile methodologies (Jira, Azure DevOps).
✅ Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
