Job Title: Senior Project Engineer 

Job Description:

Sai Interior Decorations LLC is a well-established leader in the UAE’s interior design and fit-out industry, known for crafting innovative, high-quality spaces in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer with proven expertise in delivering complex interior projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear and productive communication

• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and cost control measures using tools like MS Project and AutoCAD

• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, health and safety standards, and company quality benchmarks

• Resolve on-site technical issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain workflow efficiency

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and schedules throughout the project lifecycle

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE-based experience in the interior fit-out industry

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a recognized institution

• In-depth knowledge of UAE interior construction standards, materials, and execution methods

• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and related project management tools

• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

• UAE driving license is preferred
