Chalhoub Group, a leader in luxury experiences in the Middle East, is seeking a Senior Project Associate to support transformation projects within their team. This full-time role will involve project coordination, stakeholder management, workshop management, and data reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong communication, stakeholder management, and risk awareness skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, tracking, and ensuring timely completion of key project milestones.

• Act as a liaison between the program management team, internal teams, and external consultants.

• Organize and schedule workshops, ensuring necessary materials, logistics, and participants are in place.

• Track and ensure timely submission of project deliverables.

• Identify and mitigate potential delays and risks within project streams.

• Provide structured support to the team leaders and functional teams within the transformation program, including ERP-related initiatives.

• Maintain project tracking documents, update dashboards, and report progress to senior management.

• Contribute to refining project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ability to influence while maintaining positive relationships.

• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to identify potential risks.

• Structured, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and structured project methodologies is an advantage.
