The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in program or project management and proven leadership skills in cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of major programs and initiatives.

Collaborate with product, technical, and business teams to define goals and deliverables.

Maintain detailed roadmaps and project plans to ensure timely delivery of programs.

Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting accountability and collaboration.

Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Resolve complex technical and business issues effectively.

Drive process improvements and promote best practices within teams.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
