Salt is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, sales enablement, and market research for its B2B SaaS product. The role involves creating compelling content, developing messaging frameworks, and collaborating with sales and customer success teams to enhance product adoption. The position requires a strong focus on content creation, market analysis, and enabling sales teams with the right tools and materials to drive success.
Responsibilities include:

Develop high-quality marketing materials, such as landing pages, product datasheets, and case studies to support lead generation

Collaborate with designers to create visually engaging content that resonates with the target audience

Create and manage a content roadmap aligned with sales, customer success, and product goals
-
Work closely with the Group Sales Enablement team to equip sales teams with tools like presentations, decks, and battlecards
-
Track and analyze lead performance (MQLs and SQLs) and report insights to the sales lead
-
Collaborate with customer success teams to develop programs that drive product adoption
-
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the maritime industry

Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for new features and product enhancements
Skills Required: -
5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with at least 2 years in enterprise and ABM strategies

Strong content creation skills, with the ability to manage content from concept to execution

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

University degree or equivalent

Experience in the startup or maritime industry is a bonus
