Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Principal in Business Consulting for the CMT (Communications, Media, Technology) sector. This role is a thought-leadership position, advising clients on strategic transformation initiatives, shaping consulting solutions, and delivering measurable value across complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead major projects and serve as a key advisor in defining solutions for CMT clients.

• Define vision and strategy aligned with client goals, identifying opportunities for value creation.

• Drive lean operations, cost optimization, and restructuring for front-office, back-office, and IT processes using technologies like AI/ML, Automation, IoT, Blockchain, Cloud, and Big Data.

• Foster growth via new product launches, customer retention strategies, and platform-based partner ecosystems.

• Promote innovation through emerging technologies and integrate tools to enhance capabilities.

• Deliver advisory and technology programs, ensuring actionable outcomes for clients.

• Operate independently to provide high-quality deliverables and lead complex, multi-faceted engagements.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant consulting experience in telecom, media, and technology sectors.

• Strong expertise in business and technology advisory, including BSS/OSS, digital transformation, AI/ML, RPA, IoT, 5G, Blockchain.

• Proven experience leading large-scale programs, projects >$1M, and engagements >$250K.

• Demonstrated ability in business development and client relationship management, particularly at CXO levels.

• Strong understanding of agile delivery and experience managing nearshore/offshore teams.

• Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.

• Gravitas and business acumen to operate confidently with senior executives.
