A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking a Senior Planner with 8–10 years of experience in high-volume villa, mansion, and townhouse projects. This full-time, on-site role requires strong scheduling and planning capabilities, particularly using Primavera P6 and MS Project. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong background in residential project planning in the UAE.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large-scale residential developments.

• Coordinate timelines and milestones with project managers and on-site teams.

• Proactively identify project delays and implement mitigation strategies.

• Report progress updates and schedule risks to senior leadership.

• Ensure all planning activities comply with contractual obligations and timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry, especially in high-volume residential projects.

• Expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
