Deriv is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimize global digital marketing campaigns for its innovative online trading platforms. Based in Dubai, this full-time, on-site role will spearhead data-driven performance strategies across major advertising channels, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Candidates should bring deep expertise in paid media and a passion for AI-driven marketing in the fintech space.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, execute, monitor, and optimize high-volume campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and third-party platforms.

Analyze campaign metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and DataStudio.

Conduct A/B testing and refine targeting strategies for campaign efficiency.

Collaborate with content, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights.

Leverage AI tools for automation, predictive analytics, and real-time optimization.
Candidate Profile:

5–8 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services.

Expert in managing large-scale paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

Strong understanding of market segmentation and cultural nuances across regions.

Data-driven with a strategic mindset and excellent execution skills.

Enthusiastic about integrating AI technologies into marketing efforts.

Professional fluency in English is required.
