Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to lead our paid media strategy and manage a 7-figure ad budget across Meta, Google, TikTok, and display networks. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, highly analytical, and experienced in luxury or real estate marketing with a deep understanding of Dubai’s premium property market. You’ll work directly with the CMO to generate qualified leads at optimized CAC and improve ROAS consistently.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategically manage $100K+/month advertising budget across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and Display

Launch, test, and scale paid campaigns focused on lead generation for high-value real estate investments

Optimize CAC, ROAS, and lead quality through precise targeting, creative A/B testing, and funnel refinement
-
Leverage Google Analytics, CRM systems, and dashboards to track and report on campaign performance

Define and target high-net-worth buyer personas in the UAE and globally

Collaborate with the creative, sales, and content teams to align messaging and drive conversion

Continuously monitor trends in digital performance and real estate advertising to stay ahead of the curve
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s is a plus
-
Minimum 3–5 years experience managing $100K+ ad spend per month

MANDATORY: Proven track record in real estate marketing, ideally luxury-focused

In-depth understanding of Dubai property market dynamics and investor behavior

Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager)

Demonstrated ability to improve ROAS by 20%+ through creative and technical campaign improvements

Proficiency in CRM systems and lead tracking technologies

Excellent communication, reporting, and collaboration skills

Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is a bonus
