Senior Performance and Reward Partner


Adecco is seeking a Senior Performance and Reward Partner to implement and manage Performance and Reward policies, programs, and practices across business units. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert in compensation structures, performance management, and benchmarking, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR and business stakeholders on Performance Management and Reward matters.
- Provide policy interpretation and guidance on compensation philosophy.
- Identify high-risk retention/attraction areas and recommend solutions.
- Manage ad-hoc projects involving HR and business stakeholders.
- Implement and oversee Fixed and Variable Pay, Incentive Schemes, Job Reviews, and Benchmarking.
- Analyze competitor, business, and regulatory trends to inform compensation strategies.
- Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits processes.
- Manage the Performance and Reward year-end process for business units.
Skills Required:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Performance and Reward management.
- Strong presentation skills and advanced MS Excel proficiency.
- Expertise in employee data management and local remuneration regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and ensure compliance.
