Snowflake is seeking a Senior Partner Solution Engineer to be based in Dubai, focusing on the South Africa market. Role Overview:
This role involves enabling partners, delivering technical enablement, and contributing to the expansion of Snowflake’s ecosystem across South Africa, while based in Dubai. You will engage deeply with partners, help them succeed with Snowflake, and drive strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present Snowflake’s technology and strategic value to partners, customers, and prospects

• Provide hands-on technical support throughout the partner and sales lifecycle

• Build technical champions and foster the growth of the Snowflake partner community

• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain competitive and technical intelligence

• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 7–8 years of experience in the tech industry, with 3+ years in a pre-sales or partner-focused role

• Strong experience with consulting and SI partners

• Proven ability to present complex ideas to both executive and technical audiences

• Technical expertise in Data Warehousing, ETL, SQL, analytics, and cloud infrastructure

• Familiarity with Python, data science, or data engineering is a strong plus

• Strong business acumen—can link technology to business needs

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Willingness to travel to South Africa periodically

• Prior exposure to the South African market is a plus
