Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Painter with expertise in residential and commercial painting for high-end projects in Dubai Marina. The ideal candidate will have experience with surface preparation, spray painting, and delivering flawless finishes. Leadership skills and a commitment to quality and safety are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute top-quality interior and exterior painting jobs with precision.

• Operate spray-painting equipment to ensure even and professional coverage.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, priming, and masking.

• Apply various finishes such as paint, varnish, and stains using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.

• Inspect and repair imperfections to ensure smooth surfaces before final application.

• Supervise or mentor junior painters and ensure safety standards are met.

• Coordinate with clients and project managers to meet expectations.

• Maintain painting tools and job site cleanliness.

• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 3–8 years in professional painting, including experience with spray painting.

• Education: Secondary or Intermediate School.

• Nationality: Indian, Pakistani, Filipino, Sri Lankan.

• Gender: Open to all.

• Skills & Traits:

  • Deep knowledge of paint types, finishes, and application techniques.

  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-end finishes.

  • Comfortable working at heights, ladders, or scaffolding.

  • Good communication in English is required.

  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
