IG Group is looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to oversee key functions and drive operational and product delivery for IG Limited. The role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams to meet agreed objectives, manage financial services, and enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the UAE Senior Executive Officer’s vision and contribute to achieving objectives.

• Oversee daily decisions affecting IG Limited, including engagement with key vendors and partners.

• Apply problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.

• Lead the local Executive Committee and facilitate operational improvements and cross-department collaboration.

• Act as a product owner for leverage and non-leverage products, driving acquisition, conversion, and retention.

• Manage office facilities and ensure business continuity and risk management.

• Champion a Matrix Management environment, aligning product development, marketing strategies, and client engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in an operational role with a focus on performance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.

• Passion for trading and investing with experience in driving product recommendations and outcomes.

• Proficiency in presentation tools for preparing formal reports and presentations.
