Uber is seeking a Senior Operations Manager, Analyst to lead and optimize operational processes for Riders and Drivers across the MEA region. This strategic and technical role involves designing automation solutions, conducting advanced data analysis, and driving cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and scale business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and oversee scalable automation solutions for operational processes.

• Use advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to uncover trends and identify new opportunities.

• Lead and prioritize projects with clear goals, timelines, and stakeholder management.

• Collaborate with regional and local operations teams to enhance Rider and Driver experience.

• Serve as liaison with EMEA Central Operations to standardize and scale global processes.

• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track performance and identify improvements.

• Perform deep data analysis to assess the impact of operational changes and optimize processes.

• Build and maintain data pipelines ensuring accuracy and availability for analysis.

• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, strategy, or analytics in fast-paced environments such as startups.

• Proficiency in scripting languages, especially SQL and Python; knowledge of optimization methods is a plus.

• Strong data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

• Experience in statistical modeling and data analysis.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

• Proactive, flexible, collaborative, and self-driven mindset.

• Experience building scalable solutions and integrating across systems.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with machine learning.
