NADIA is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for a catering company in Fujairah. The role involves managing staff, overseeing food production, coordinating events, handling client relations, managing finances, and ensuring high-quality service. The candidate will also assist in marketing and business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate catering staff; ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Client Relations: Communicate with clients to understand event needs, coordinate menu planning, and ensure client satisfaction.

Operational Management: Oversee food production, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Event Planning and Execution: Collaborate with event planners, manage event timelines, and supervise catering operations during events.

Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, monitor costs, and track revenue/expenses.

Marketing and Business Development: Implement marketing strategies and build relationships with potential clients.

Quality Control: Ensure food and beverage quality, conduct regular quality checks.
