Dubai Careers is seeking a Senior Officer of Communication and Digital Communication to support the execution of communication plans and social media strategies. The role involves coordinating with various departments, assisting in content creation, and ensuring the timely update of information across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing or media with 0-2 years of related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up with departments to execute communication and social media plans.

• Contribute to preparing and updating content for the agency’s website and social media networks.

• Archive and document media coverage of the agency’s activities and events.

• Assist in creating promotional materials to raise awareness of the agency’s services.

• Support the organization of events, campaigns, and activities to engage the public via digital media.

• Help manage content preparation for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).

• Collaborate with organizational units to gather information and ensure continuous website updates.

• Provide administrative support for operational tasks related to marketing and corporate communication plans, such as preparing reports, presentations, and following up on procedures.

• Coordinate with relevant units regarding performance indicators and audit requirements.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or equivalent from a recognized university.

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.

Salary Range:

• AED 10,001 to AED 20,000 per month.

Working Hours:

• Full-time.
