Job Title: Senior Office Administrator
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Office Administrator / Office Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day administrative operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a strong background in office management, excellent time management skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. You will be responsible for coordinating office procedures, supporting senior management, and implementing improvements to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily administrative operations and front office tasks.

Implement and maintain office systems, policies, and procedures.

Handle confidential documents with integrity and professionalism.

Maintain and improve filing systems (electronic and physical).

Operate and troubleshoot standard office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office activities.

Use tools like Email Scheduler and Boomerang to optimize communications.

Monitor and manage budgets, office supplies, and vendor relationships.

Provide leadership in administrative functions, ensuring timely task execution.

Recommend and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).

Strong knowledge of office systems, scheduling tools, and budgeting.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
