We are seeking a Senior Off-Plan Real Estate Consultant with proven closing experience to join our hybrid team. This role emphasizes performance-driven results, with a strong commission structure, operational support, and advanced marketing tools to help consultants focus on selling.
Key Responsibilities

Handle off-plan property sales for HNWI and institutional clients.

Convert leads into closed deals and achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with in-house marketing, media, and operations teams for listings, lead management, and client outreach.

Utilize AI-optimized tools and a 250,000+ lead database to maximize sales efficiency.

Maintain professionalism and adhere to a performance-driven, data-led approach.
Skills & Requirements

Proven closer in Dubai real estate, with over $5,000,000 in sales last year (mandatory).

Native English speaker.

Strong experience in off-plan property sales.

Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.

Familiarity with lead management, client relationship building, and professional sales techniques.
Salary & Benefits

Initial fixed salary: AED 3,000/month for first 2 months.

Commission: 60% for company leads, 75% for personal leads.
