MASA Trading FZE is seeking a talented and visionary Senior Motion Designer to join its marketing team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for Arabic-speaking creatives with a passion for visual storytelling, motion graphics, and brand expression. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling video content for campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms—while helping shape the creative direction of a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, 3D artists, and editors to deliver unified narratives
• Elevate brand storytelling through kinetic typography, transitions, and emotional pacing
• Translate complex ideas into visually engaging animations
• Manage multiple timelines and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
• Maintain consistency of motion language across platforms and formats
• Contribute creative input during campaign development and brainstorming sessions
• Work with voiceovers, music, and sound effects to enhance multimedia projects
• Edit and mix audio using tools like Adobe Audition, Audacity, and Logic Pro
• Ensure seamless synchronization between audio and visual elements

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of design experience, with at least 5 years in motion design or animation
• Arabic speaker (required)
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D/3D motion design projects
• Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
• Deep understanding of storytelling, timing, editing, and composition
• Experience with brand videos, UI animations, kinetic typography, and social media ads
