Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist 

Job Description:

Hyundai & Cayme Lightings are trusted leaders in the lighting industry, offering high-quality, innovative solutions for residential, commercial, and automotive applications. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Marketing Specialist to take charge of our creative direction and digital marketing strategies.

In this role, you’ll shape the way our brand is perceived across platforms. From managing video productions and designing campaign visuals to leading digital ad performance and social media storytelling, your work will illuminate the identity of two strong industry players.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement

• Develop compelling video content for product launches, brand stories, and digital advertising

• Design marketing assets including digital banners, flyers, catalogs, and brochures

• Manage product photo and video shoots for catalog, e-commerce, and social media use

• Lead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta, and SEO/SEM

• Maintain and update content across all digital platforms including website and social media

• Collaborate with internal designers, videographers, and external agencies

• Contribute to the development of the company’s annual product catalog and digital assets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or creative roles

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Hands-on experience in photo/video production and editing

• Strong command of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid social media campaigns

• Excellent creative judgment, project leadership, and communication skills

• Must be able to manage projects from concept to delivery under tight deadlines
